Chillaire Limited were established and have been trading since 1992, providing our highly valued customers the best possible service and quality solutions for all of their air conditioning / heating and ventilation requirements.

Our head office and customer service office is based in Nuneaton, with a further five offices being situated in:

Strong Relationship with Key Suppliers

Chillaire have established very important relationships with key suppliers, distributors and manufacturers in Europe, and the world which we have developed over the past three decades. Although Chillaire are Daikin D1 and Mitsubishi Electric AI partners, we are able to supply most brands of air conditioning / Heating & ventilation equipment on the market and for most applications. As we are accredited suppliers & installers for all major brands of HVAC equipment, we highlight the importance of maintaining these systems to guarantee they last a long period of time.

HVAC is an area of engineering which is evermore becoming increasingly more important to get right, as building owners and occupiers face their responsibilities on carbon emissions and energy usage. For these reasons, the service maintenance of HVAC systems is important, and also fighting environmental issues over refrigerants which display pollutive attributes towards global warming & o-zone depletion.

Regular Maintenance
A well looked after HVAC system on a pre-planned regular maintenance programme can prolong the life expectancy of the plant. In addition it will also ensure building’s occupants are kept at a comfortable temperature in a quiet environment with good air quality, factors which affect productivity in commercial spaces, customer behaviour in retail spaces and customer satisfaction in leisure spaces.

Skilled and Experience Workforce
In order to preserve and maintain our quality of work and professionalism, we employ well experienced design and sales engineers who are able to demonstrate their proficiency in planning and developing solutions that are most suitable for our clients.

Engineers are City & Guilds qualified & CITB trained / qualified, being certified to install and service any HVAC plant that is installed by ourselves or are acquired by us through planned maintenance agreements. All engineers hold CITB J11 or City and Guilds 2079 certification in F-Gas and our heating engineers hold Gas Safe cards.

Health & Safety and Professionalism

Our list of accreditations and certifications demonstrates our professionalism and commitment to service quality. We are committed to ensuring that we uphold all health and safety regulations, with our engineers having the correct qualifications that allow them to implement their knowledge when completing installations, service or repair works in a safe manner. We are dedicated in providing a service that is in accordance with environmental policies and are registered with the Environmental Agency as a licenced waste carrier.

We Supply, Install, Maintain and Provide 24/7 Breakdown Service
Chillaire Group HVAC Services supply, install, maintain and provide a 24-hour breakdown service for all types of air conditioning systems, which can include Split Type Systems, Roof Top Packaged Systems and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) / variable refrigerant volume (VRV) multi zone air conditioning systems.

We Also Install Heating

We provide the same service for commercial & industrial heating systems such as warm air heaters, radiant tube heaters and boilers.

Commercial Building Ventilation – In addition we design, sell, install and maintain small and large building ventilation systems to provide fresh air throughout a building using ventilation air handling units located in building basements, on building roofs or outside adjacent to buildings.
