Winterwarm Gas Fired Heater Installation for Warwick Fitness Gym
Chillaire Limited installed a new Winterwarm gas fired heater at new premises in new proposed Fitness Gym shortly opening in Heathcote Industrial Estate / Warwick. The installation of the heater was with a new horizontal room sealed concentric flue complete with boot and external terminal and new controller. The new heater was suspended off the side wall off uni-strut channel frame and threaded rod frame all secured it into place.
We installed a new mains gas pipe from the existing gas meter to the new heater.
The new room sealed concentric balanced horizontal flue was installed from directly off the back of the heater and through the side external wall to outside at high level.
We installed a new Winterwarm gas fired heater from the Winterwarm latest range the new energy efficient LX range complete with a new controller which allows full control of the heater operation, temperature set point adjustment, fan speed and time clock control. It can also by monitoring the previous performance of the heater determine the optimum time to turn the heating on to raise the building temperature to the required level.

Air Distribution: Horizontal and vertical warm air supply set up available, the heat exchanger and the premix-burner are constructed in such a way that the unit air heater can blow-out in any desired direction.
Gradient-control: two temperature sensors, one inside the heater and one in the working zone, continuously measure the temperature gradient when the burner is not in function. As soon as the temperature gradient gets too high (i.e. it gets too hot underneath the ceiling), the fan of the heater will switch on. This way the generated heat is utilised optimally. The unit is then able to functions as a destratification fan.
Comfortable: if the room temperature gets too low, the burner will switch on automatically. The modulating premix-burner then generates the precise amount of heat required together with the three-stage fan. This allows the area it is serving to be heated in a very comfortable way.
Energy efficient: the above characteristics of the XR-range contribute to a very low energy consumption. Energy savings of approximately 15% are possible in comparison to conventional unit air heaters.
