Chillaire Limited supplied and installed new CD3 precision air conditioning close control systems at the Art Gallery & Museum in Rugby, Warwickshire.
The CD3 air conditioning range can provide simultaneous cooling, heating and humidification or dehumidification processes to achieve the required conditions for a close control environment.
The indoor air handling unit is well constructed and can be floor or wall mounted, it comes with a Carel microprocessor controller and controls (see below). The CD3 air conditioning air handling unit comes with top supply air discharge grille with front return air grille, however you have an option to have a top plenum box with a front supply air discharge grille, which does raise the height of the air handling by 430mm, however gives you the option to have front supply air grille with bottom front return air grille.
Marstair TEV air conditioning condensing units provide the DX cooling for the CD3 air conditioning system, and they operate on R407c gas and can be floor or wall mounted.
The CD3 air conditioning range has been around for over 20 years, the CD3 air handling unit is well constructed and has a good level of controls equipment and is ideal for small low load calibration labs, metrology rooms or CNC machine rooms.
Both the CD3 range indoor and outdoor air conditioning units are made from fabricated sheet metal making both the indoor and unit’s very robust and long lasting.
